Description
White Arabian Horse Equine Watercolor Portraits by Janine Riley
The Grey Arabian horse - appears to be a white horse.
This coat is also known as " Flea bitten " for the little flecks of grey or red freckles in the horse's coat.
A white or Grey Arabian is considered " A gift from God" in the Arabic culture. All Arabian horses originate from the Middle East, and they take great pride in their breeding heritage and culture. Breeding Records are meticulously maintained back through hundreds of years.
Arabians are arguably the origins of all horses.
Grey or Grays are born with a dark or black coat and turn lighter or white as the years go by. The dark skin will show through under their white coat in the ears and muzzle, and Greys appear grey when wet.
