Description
Avelignese or Haflinger Horse in the Summer Meadows. Vertical format. I have several images in a horizontal landscape also available.
Down a dirt road out in the country - and this is a scene that you will find if you are lucky while out in the rural countryside.
A Haflinger horse is a deep rich golden chestnut in coloring - it can often be confused with a Palomino pony due to the golden blonde coloring and the light the mane and tail.
Dreamy summer meadows filled with little white flowers, the dappled sunlight breaking through the trees in the forest.
Pocono Mountains. NEPA . Lake Ariel Region.
The breeds are just slightly different.
An Avelignese is the Italian bred horse.
In Austria it is the Haflinger.
Both are bread to be a compact draught ( draft ) horse for heavy loads around the farm.
Small in stature - but very strong and dependable.
Mixed Media - Photography with Impressionistic Painting effects
