A piece of rusty old farm equipment laying in the field.
Rusted, weathered and worn - the hands of time have drawn across this once useful farming tool and all that was left of any use was the word " Friend ".
And sometimes, that is all we need.
The rusted metal or steel has a patina rather delightful in color.
It has the pitted appearance of granite .
